Help VIP Gifts Article connect with individual customers and businesses looking for personalised gifts, employee appreciation gifts and corporate gifting solutions.
What you will do
- Handle enquiries and contact prospective customers to follow up.
- Support corporate gifting leads, bulk orders and customised requirements.
- Explain relevant products and gifting options to customers.
- Maintain enquiry records and follow-ups, and coordinate with the appropriate teams.
- Support conversion of enquiries into orders.
What we are looking for
- Communication and customer handling.
- Follow-up, persuasion and relationship building.
- Interest in sales and gifting products.
- Relevant sales or telecalling experience is useful.
